ಕನ್ನಡ ಗಾದೆಮಾತು – ಹಂಚಿ ಉಂಡರೆ ಹಸಿವಿಲ್ಲ. 

ಮೂರೇ ಪದಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಮಾರುದ್ದದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಭಾವ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಗಾದೆಮಾತು ಇದು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರವರ ಊಟದ ಬುತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ತರುವ ಎಂಟು-ಹತ್ತು  ಜನ ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ  ಎಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ, ಒಬ್ಬರು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಹಾರ ತಂದಿರಬಹುದು‌, ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರು ಅಂದು ಬುತ್ತಿಯನ್ನೇ ತರದಿರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ತಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡು ತಿಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯೂ ತುಂಬುತ್ತದೆ! ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಡಿಮೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಏನೋ ಒಂದು ಸಮತೋಲನವೂ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿದ/ತಿಂಡಿ ತಿಂದ ಸಂತೋಷವೂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರೂ ಹಸಿವಿನಿಂದ ನರಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಇಂತಹ ಗಾದೆಮಾತುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ‌ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನ ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.‌ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ? 

Kannada proverb – Hanchi undare hasivilla ( If you share the food, no one remains hungry).

This is a proverb in Kannada language, which has a very meaningful life lesson. Think of a group of workers or colleagues, in which most of them have brought lunch boxes. One or two might not have brought lunch boxes that particular day, and all of them would not have brought the same quantity of food. But if they share the available food among themselves, everyone will get their fill and no one remains hungry! That is the beauty of sharing and caring in human life. Isn’t it? Thus, the proverb has a valuable life lesson to teach.
