ಸಮುದ್ರದ ನಂಟಸ್ತನ ಉಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬಡತನ

ಕನ್ನಡದ ಈ ಗಾದೆಮಾತು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಎದುರಿಸುವ ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವೊಂದನ್ನು ತುಂಬ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ತುಂಬ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಇರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಏನೇನೋ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿರುವುದು, ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಅನುದಾನ, ನಿಧಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಒಂದು ಹಾಳೆ, ಗುಂಡುಸೂಜಿಗೂ ಪರದಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ, ದೂರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಜೇಬಿನ ತುಂಬ ತನ್ನ ದೇಶದ ಹಣ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಆ ದೇಶದ ಹಣ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಒದ್ದಾಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ….. ಹೀಗೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಇದ್ದರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಗತ್ಯದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಏನೂ ಸಿಗದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತೇವಲ್ಲ, ಅಂತಹ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಬೀರುವಂತಹ ಗಾದೆ ಮಾತಿದು., ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ನಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಇಂತಹ ಅನುಭವದ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ.

This Kannada proverb points out at the paradoxical situations, sometimes we face in life. One seems to have everything in principle but practically he or she has nothing! For example being the child of very rich but extremely stingy parents, or working in an organization which is supposed to be getting a lot of funds from the government, but due to the lack of right administration or some other reason, you do not get even a ream of paper for your office work! This peculiar situation is not uncommon in life. Such proverbs help us to cope with the odds of life, in a better way.
